Added on-site as needed
The $150 inspection fee applies only when a visual inspection is performed on its own. If air sampling is performed during that same visit, the fee is waived and the total becomes the $400 air testing package instead of $150 + $400.

Why is the inspection fee sometimes waived?
The $150 fee covers a technician visiting and performing a visual and moisture assessment. If that same visit turns into air sampling, the $150 is rolled into the $400 air testing price instead of being charged on top of it.
When would I need more than the 3 included samples?
Larger properties, multiple areas of concern, or a layout with several distinct HVAC zones can call for additional indoor samples. Your technician will recommend specific additional samples based on what they observe on site — never as a blanket upsell.
