What testing can — and can't — tell you
Mold testing gives you documented, lab-backed findings about a property at a specific point in time. It doesn't diagnose a medical condition, guarantee a property is mold-free, or determine whether a home is safe for a particular person. We interpret results alongside what we see and measure on site so you get a complete picture, not just a number.
