Atlanta Environmental Testing is based in the Atlanta metro area, which means shorter travel times, more flexible scheduling, and local familiarity with the housing stock — from older intown homes to newer suburban construction.

Metro Atlanta's humid summers and mix of home ages mean moisture and air quality concerns show up differently from one neighborhood to the next — a slab-on-grade home in the suburbs has different risk points than a basement in an older intown property. We adjust our visual inspection and sampling plan to the specific property, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Pricing
A technician visits the property, performs a visual and moisture-meter assessment, and advises whether air or surface sampling is warranted. Billed only when sampling is not performed.
Waived if sampling is performed same visit
Includes the on-site inspection plus 3 air samples — 1 outdoor control sample and 2 indoor samples — analyzed by an accredited independent laboratory.

Our most-booked service
Per additional air or surface sample beyond the 3 included in the base package — recommended by the technician based on property size or areas of concern.
Added on-site as needed
The $150 inspection fee applies only when a visual inspection is performed on its own. If air sampling is performed during that same visit, the fee is waived and the total becomes the $400 air testing package instead of $150 + $400.
